Completion and Results of Share Repurchase
Hikari Tsushin, Inc. announced details of repurchase of
shares according to the resolution adopted at the Article 156
of the Companies Act of Japan as modified by Article 165,
Paragraph 3 of the Act, the Company purchased its own shares
as follows.
Below are the results of the share buyback initiated by
Hikari Tsushin as was decided in November
10, 2011 board meeting. This marks the end of our share
buyback. Details of Repurchase:
