On May 9, 2023, Hippo Holdings Inc. (the "Company") issued a shareholder letter and press release announcing certain financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the shareholder letter and press release are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2 to this report, respectively.

The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in the shareholder letter, the press release and the related conference call. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to their nearest GAAP equivalents is provided in the shareholder letter.
