The CEO of HIRSCH Servo AG, which is listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange's regulated unofficial market in the Standard Market Auction segment, resolved today to apply to the stock market to delist its shares (ISIN AT0000849757) from the regulated unofficial market. The announcement of the delisting from the Vienna Stock Exchange will be made as soon as the Supervisory Board approves the move. In addition, the company seeks to stop the shares being included in the unofficial market on the Berlin and Stuttgart stock exchanges (no regulated markets). There are no plans for compensation or a public offer to acquire shares on the part of the company or of the majority shareholder, the Herz Group.
