Eterbright Solar Corporation announced that it has received TWD 1.2709598 billion in funding from Hiwin Technologies Corp.

Eterbright Solar Corporation announced that it issued 127,095,980 common shares at a par price of TWD 10 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 1,270,959,800 on November 5, 2021. The transaction included participation from returning investor Hiwin Technologies Corp. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor.
