Hyundai Merchant Marine Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A011200) announced a private placement of 190th series registered and unsecured convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 300,000,000,000 on December 19, 2016. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, KDB Private Equity. The bonds are convertible into common shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW at 6,269 per share from December 19, 2017 to June 29, 2021. The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 1% and yield to maturity of 3%.
On March 9, 2017, the company announced that the bonds can now be converted into common shares of the company at an amended fixed conversion price of KRW 6,077 per share.
On May 22, 2017, the company announced that the bonds can now be converted into common shares of the company at an amended fixed conversion price of KRW 6,034 per share. The bonds are convertible into 49,718,263 shares.
On December 14, 2017, the company announced that the bonds can now be converted into common shares of the company at an amended fixed conversion price of KRW 5,813 per share. The bonds are convertible into 51,608,463 shares.
