Hokkaido Chuo Bus Co., Ltd. (SPSE:9085) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 30,000 shares, representing 1.04% of its share capital, for ¥110 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy, we will acquire treasury stock.
The program will run until April 30, 2024. As of November 10, 2023, the company had 2,897,908 shares issued (excluding treasury shares) and 248,092 shares in treasury.
