Holding Nov vek AD Sofia is a Bulgaria-based holding company that is principally engaged in the acquisition, appraisal and managing of shares, bonds as well as the cession of licenses for patents. It specializes in the restructuring and management of its subsidiaries, the establishment of new subsidiaries, as well as the investment in and financing of other enterprises, in which it is a shareholder. The Holding has shares in Bulgarian companies active in different business sectors: the alcoholic beverages production, including Vinprom Haskovo AD; the engineering and construction works and the food processing and office equipment industries, such as: Energoproekt Tatarstan OOO, Loviko Impeks EOOD, Sevko AD and others. In July 2014, it decided to transform Hibernia Vittel SA in its capacity as sole shareholder, through a merger of Hibernia Witte EAD; Lovico Estates EAD; Invais EAD; Winery-Chateau EAD with EIK into Holding Nov vek AD Sofia.
