Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on March 11, 2021. Of the 257,661,792 shares outstanding and entitled to vote, 234,042,549 shares were represented at the meeting, constituting a quorum of 90.83%

All eight director nominees were elected to the Board for a one-year term.

In addition to electing directors, the stockholders: a.provided advisory approval of the Company's executive compensation ("say-on-pay"); and b.ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending September 25, 2021.
