The Board of Directors of Holy Stone Enterprise Co., Ltd. sets August 19, 2015 as the record date and August 13, 2015 as the ex-dividend date. The payment date will be on September 9, 2015, a TWD 3.3 cash dividend per common share, totaling TWD 737,708,789.
The board also appointed Dr. Chu-Yang Chien as member of third Remuneration Committee. Dr. Chu-Yang Chien, currently serve as Associate Professor, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.
