Home Invest Belgium appoints a new Chief

Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Home Invest Belgium NV/SA has appointed Mr Preben Bruggeman as new Chief Financial Officer. Mr Bruggeman will join the company as from January 7th, 2019.

He will also be appointed, subject to the approval of the FSMA, as effective leader of Home Invest Belgium.

Mr Bruggeman holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering and holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Antwerp. He also successfully completed the 3 levels of the CFA program (Chartered Financial Analyst). He teaches as guest professor at the Antwerp Management School under the MRE-program (Executive Master in Real Estate).

He has more than 10 years' experience in Finance. He started his career at Bank/Banque Degroof as an equity analyst, in charge of the real estate sector. He subsequently joined the Corporate Finance Department where he played a key role in various capital market transactions (issue of shares, bonds and real estate certificates), the creation of private equity funds and assisting companies in mergers and acquisitions in the real estate sector. Since 2015 he holds the position of CFO and effective leader at the public REIT Qrf City Retail.
