Honbridge Holdings Limited agreed to acquire Pinglu Yinuo Mining Company Limited.

Honbridge Holdings Limited (SEHK:8137) agreed to acquire Pinglu Yinuo Mining Company Limited on July 22, 2021. Once the reorganisation become effective, Honbridge Holdings will acquire Yinuo Mining’s interests and turn Yinuo Mining into a wholly-owned subsidiary or subsidiary of Honbridge Holdings.
