Zhejiang Farizon Intelligent Transportation Technology Co., Ltd entered into the Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire GETI (China) Energy Technology Company Limited from Honbridge Holdings Limited (SEHK:8137) for CNY 20 million on September 22, 2023. In related transaction Zhejiang Farizon Intelligent will also acquire Hangzhou GETI Industrial from Honbridge Holdings Limited (SEHK:8137). GETI (China) Energy Technology Company Limited reported Total revenues worth CNY 5.7 million and Net loss of 12.9 million in December 31, 2022.
