Hongbo Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002229) entered into Equity Transfer Intention Agreement to acquire 46% stake in Guangzhou Coayu Robot Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Baole Robot Co., Ltd. and Wang Lilei on August 2, 2021. In a related transaction, Hongbo Co., Ltd. intends to use cash to increase capital in Guangzhou Coayu Robot Co., Ltd. by CNY 40 million, accounting for 5% of Guangzhou Coayu Robot Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by BOD of Hongbo Co., Ltd.
HONGBO CO., LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the printing of commercial bills. The Company's main products are heat sensitive paper tickets, general paper tickets and packaging office used paper products, including tax bill series, certificate series, lottery ticket series, direct mail series, flat adhesive sticker labels, roll adhesive sticker labels, books and magazines, liquor box packages, food packages, cosmetics packages, as well as medicine packages, among others.
