Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX:NST) entered into a binding Asset Sale Agreement to acquire 62 tenements in east Kalgoorlie from Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX:HRZ) for AUD 3.1 million on October 23, 2023. The ASA is unconditional and completion is expected to occur during October 2023.
