Horizons Active Emerging Markets Dividend ETF Announces Distribution for the Month Ending February 28, 2015, Payable on or About March 11, 2015

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. announced the distribution on Horizons Active Emerging Markets Dividend ETF of $0.02401 per HAJ unit and $0.01534 per HAJ. A unit, for the period ending February 28, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be February 25, 2015, for all unit holders of record on February 27, 2015.

The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unit holder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan, reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about March 11, 2015.
