Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. declared monthly distribution for Horizons Active Emerging Markets Dividend ETF of $0.02100 per unit and $0.01176 per unit on class A shares for the period ending April 30, 2017. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be April 25, 2017, for all unit holders of record on April 27, 2017. The Distributions are payable on or about May 9, 2017.
