Horizons Active Emerging Markets Dividend ETF Announces Distribution for the Month Ending March 31, 2015, Payable on or About April 13, 2015

Horizons Active Emerging Markets Dividend ETF announced the distribution of $0.02401 per HAJ unit and $0.01534 per HAJ. A unit, for the month ending March 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be March 27, 2015, for all unitholders of record on March 31, 2015.

The Distributions will be paid in cash on or about April 13, 2015.
