Horizons Active Floating Rate Senior Loan ETF Announces Distribution for the Month Ending February 28, 2015, Payable on or About March 11, 2015

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. announced the distribution on Horizons Active Floating Rate Senior Loan ETF of $0.02995 per HSL unit and $0.02522 per HSL. A unit, for the period ending February 28, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be February 25, 2015, for all unit holders of record on February 27, 2015.

The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unit holder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan, reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about March 11, 2015.
