Housing Development Finance : to Consider Capital Raising

Housing Development Finance Corp. Ltd. plans to hold a meeting of directors on Friday to consider seeking shareholders' approval to issue equity or other securities, it said late Tuesday.

The Indian mortgage lender didn't give any further details such as the size or the timing of any potential issuance in its exchange filing.
