1 "Change in Control" shall mean any events resulting in:

1. The Company was incorporated in the State of Delaware on January 22, 2008 with the name Green Star Mining Corp. On February 24, 2010 we changed our name to HQ Global Education, Inc. The Company is currently in Active standing with the State of Delaware.
