Huationg Global secures Civil Engineering Projects of S$13.5 million

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Huationg Global Limited (the "Company" and together with its

subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that the Group has secured new contracts of up to approximately S$13.5 million, for infrastructure work and maintenance work, raising its order book to approximately S$423.2 million as at the date of announcement which is expected to be completed within the next 5 years.

The abovementioned projects are not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

None of the directors and/or the substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovementioned projects, other than through their respective shareholdings in the Company, if any.
