Shanghai Feilihua Shichuang Technol Ogy Co,ltd announced a placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 180 million on October 31, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Hubei Feilihua Quartz Glass Co., Ltd. for CNY 144,100,000 to subscribe for an additional registered capital of CNY 2,197,664 increasing its stake from 57.18860% to 59.07670%, Suzhou Core Kinetic Technology Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 6,000,000 to sbscribe for an additional registered capital of RMB 91,506
The transaction has been approved at the sixth meeting of the sixth board of directors and the sixth meeting of the sixth board of supervisors of Hubei Feilihua Quartz Glass Co., Ltd. Through the transaction, the company's registered capital will increase from CNY 30,501,923 to CNY 33,247,098.
