The Company is engaged in such projects as: Gemabank, cord blood stem cells bank; Gemascreen medical genetic diagnostics and consulting services provided by the Company domestically with the aim of early detection, treatment or prevention of inherited diseases; SPRS-therapy service a set of personalized diagnostics and treatment procedures; SynBio, which focuses on development of new medicines. In addition, the Company is a producer of Neovasculgen, a gene-therapy drug. In February 2014, it opened a biotech complex in Kyiv.
