Investment in a new subsidiary: Name of the subsidiary: HRM Consulting Co.,Ltd. Registered Capital: THB 1.0 million.

Investment Ratio: 55% held by the Company, 45% held by founder's group: Mr. Thada Boonkerd. Objectives: Providing human resource management consulting services that specialize in human resource management principles and theories that are generally accepted internationally. Improving organizational efficiency, organizational structure design, identification of roles and responsibilities for each position, personnel development and motivation, performance management and reward system to personnel.

Board of Directors: Mr. Soontorn Dentham, Ms. Chuenchom Techarungkiat, Mr. Thada Boonkerd. Objective of investment: To expand the Company's business to HR consulting services in Thailand. Investment amount: THB 44.0 million.

Source of fund: Company's cash flow from operation. Investment in an associate company: Name of the associate: Idol Planner Co.,Ltd. Registered Capital: THB 1.5 million. Investment Ratio: 30% held by Humanica FAS Limited (a wholly subsidiary of the Company), 70% held by Founder's group consist of Idol Planner Life Insurance Broker co.,Ltd and Ms. Paphasorn Kaewkorbsin.

Nature of Business: Providing consulting business services for family business companies. Both in terms of structuring the company, Make a family constitution, Corporate and individual tax planning, Business succession planning and family business offices.
