Hung Fook Tong Group Holdings Limited Announces Demise of Kwan Wang Yung, One of the Founders of the Group and Executive Director, Authorized Representative, Member of the Nomination Committee and the Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee

The board of directors of the Hung Fook Tong Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Kwan Wang Yung one of the founders of the Group and an executive director, an authorized representative, a member of the Nomination Committee and the chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee of the company, passed away on 1 October 2018. Following the passing away of Mr. Kwan, the Board has appointed Mr. Lau Siu Ki, company secretary of the company, as an authorized representative of the company with immediate effect.
