The Directors of the Company have declared that a dividend of 1.5p pence per share be paid to holders of Ordinary Shares as follows in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2019:

Record Date: 21 February 2020
Payment Date: 13 March 2020
Dividends will be paid gross of tax.
