Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 1,056.5 million compared to USD 999.3 million a year ago. Net income was USD 51.5 million compared to USD 26.6 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.97 compared to USD 1.56 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.93 compared to USD 1.55 a year ago.
