Daeduck Newbiz Fund 2, SR Investment Fund and Daeduck Newbiz Fund 3 acquired 12.4% in DST Robot Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A090710) from Beijing Linksun Technology Co., Ltd. for KRW 7.3 billion on October 24, 2016. Under the terms, a total of 1.2 million shares are acquired at KRW 6200 per share. The buyers acquired 0.4 million shares each. Post completion, Beijing Linksun Technology Co., Ltd. holds 0.8 million shaes in DST Robot Co., Ltd.
