The English and Chinese versions of the Current Corporate Communication of i-CABLE Communications Limited (the"Company") are now available on the Company's website at www.i-cablecomm.com. You may access the Current Corporate Communication by clicking "Investor Relations" on the home page of the Company's website atwww.i-cablecomm.com, and then select "Announcement" for the Prospectus.

We would advise that you have chosen (or are deemed under the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to have chosen) to receive the corporate communications(Note) by accessing them on the Company's website. In the event that for any reason, you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Current Corporate Communication on the Company's website, the Company will, promptly upon your request, send the Current Corporate Communication to you in printed form free-of-charge.
