I-Remit, Inc. announced that Mr. Floyd Patrick N. Piedad has been elected as a Director of the Corporation during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held on 17 December 2021. He will serve as Director for the unexpired term of Mr. John Y. Tiu, Jr. The election of Mr. Piedad will be effective as soon as all the qualification requirements have been complied with. Mr. Piedad started his career in 1990 with IBM Philippines as a Services and Marketing Specialist.
