I-Remit, Inc. accepted the resignation of Atty. Kristine Marie E. Liberato as Assistant Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. On the same date, the members of the Board elected Atty. Mariel Angeli R. Quines as Assistant Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Atty. Quines is a Junior Associate at Tan Venturanza Valdez. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines - Diliman in 2014 and her Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law in 2018. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019.
