I-Remit, Inc. announced that Mr. Kristoffer Dennis M. Villa-Ignacio resigned as Risk Head of the Corporation effective October 30, 2020. Mr. Froilan Miguel G. Alcantara, formerly the Assistant Vice President and Head of Systems and Methods Department assumed the position as Chief Risk Officer effective November 5, 2020.
