I-Remit, Inc. announced that the separation of Ms. Maria Carmela C. Lajom from the company effective November 5, 2020, due to organizational re-structuring. Accordingly, she shall ceased to be the company's Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Head and Investor Relations Officer, and shall be replaced by the current Comptroller, Mr. Jose Petronio Vicente D. Español III, who will assume the position as Investor Relations Officer, effective November 6, 2020.
