IAA AuctionNow™ Watch List Feature

The new Watch List bidding feature within IAA AuctionNow™ helps streamline how you follow auctions, allowing you to view vehicles from multiple lanes and focus only on the vehicles from your watch list. The list updates in real-time, and you can bid on multiple watched vehicles at the same time. This new feature is available both on the web and the IAA Buyer App. Check out the images below to see what's new.

IAAI.com Enhancements 

Recent updates to IAAI.com simplify the user experience. Changes to the "To Be Paid" and "To Be Picked Up" features provide an easier way to check out or revisit a previous step in the checkout process. New header and footer menus help you navigate to content that interests you, including new individual menus for "Vehicles" and "Auctions." Buyer Services - Issue Resolution

Your latest feedback featured numerous positive responses about our Buyer Services team and how we were able to help solve issues quickly and efficiently. • Starting soon, our Long Island branch will be adding a second auction on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. ET that will be open to the public and exclusively feature NYC-DCAS (Department of Citywide Administrative Services) and NYPD fleet vehicles. View the branch page for auction details.
