The board of directors (the "Board") of Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company") has
today decided to appoint Roy Tore Rikardsen as new CEO of the Company. Rikardsen
has extensive operational and management experience from the salmon farming
industry. He has worked within the industry for 20+ years and has firsthand
knowledge about salmon farming operations in cold waters from North of Norway
and Canada.

"We are looking forward to further develop the Company and the industry in
Iceland with Roy Tore as a part of our team. Icelandic salmon farming  is still
in an entrepreneurial phase and key to success is excellent operations based on
good animal welfare and safety for environment as well as for our dedicated
employees. Roy Tore has extensive experience from all parts of the value chain
and will contribute to further developing our strong team on operations. He will
be based on the east coast of Iceland", says Asle Rønning, chair of the Company.

The Company's current CEO, Guðmundur Gíslason, will continue as CEO until this
date and then transition to his new role within the Group, as also stated in the
Company's stock exchange notice on 10 September 2023. The Board extends its
gratitude to Guðmundur for his invaluable contribution by leading and developing
the Company since its inception.
