We refer to our announcement made on 11 February 2022 on the above subject matter ("Announcement"). We wish to clarify that the name of the Rig should be stated as "Perisai Pacific 101" and not "Icon Caren" as referred to in the Announcement because the name of the Rig in the Certificate of Malaysian Registry with the Registrar of Malaysian Ships is still "Perisai Pacific 101" and has yet to be changed to Icon Caren given that the carving and marking of the name Icon Caren has not been carried out on the Rig yet while it is still working offshore. All other terms contained in the Company's previous announcement remain unchanged. |
