Ideal Holdings S.A. (the "Company") following its announcement from 09.08.2022, announces that S.I.C.C Holding Limited («SICC»), a Cyprus subsidiary by 100% of the Company, has notified the completion of the transfer of 100% of the share capital of ESM Effervescent Sodas Management Limited ("Three Cents") to CC Beverages Holdings II B.V. ("CCBHC"), a company of the Coca-Cola HBC AG group, for a total cash consideration of Euro 45.9 million.

This announcement is issued pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 article 19.
