IDIS Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A054800) acquired an additional 22.5% stake in Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A143160) from Kim, Yeong-Dal and other shareholders in stock on May 8, 2012. Kim, Yeong-Dal sold 13.4% stake in Intelligent Digital Integrated Security and now holds 3.81% stake. Post transaction, IDIS Holdings Co., Ltd. will hold 38.15% stake in Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd.
