Its products facilitate electronic funds transfer Internet banking and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, and also enable these systems to adapt to or migrate to smart card and wireless payment services. IFS International conducts its business through two wholly owned subsidiaries, IFS International Inc. (IFS) and Network Controls International, Inc. (NCI).
