IGB Real Estate Investment Trust (IGB REIT) is a Malaysia-based real estate investment trust. IGB REIT's principal investment policy is to invest, directly and indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income producing real estate used primarily for retail purposes in Malaysia and overseas as well as real estate related assets. The Company's investment objective is to provide the unitholders with regular and stable distributions, sustainable long-term unit price and distributable income and capital growth, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. The Company's portfolio comprises two malls, Mid Valley Megamall (MVM) and The Gardens Mall (TGM), which is located in the Klang Valley with a total net lettable area (NLA) of approximately 2.70 million square feet (sq ft).
