The Board of IGG Inc. has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 25.1 Hong Kong cents per ordinary Share for the six months ended June 30, 2021. The record date for entitlement to the interim dividend is on 25 August 2021. The payment date of the interim dividend is expected to be on 6 September 2021.
