IHH Healthcare Berhad Announces Cessation of Puan Rossana Annizah Binti Ahmad Rashid as Independent and Non Executive Member of Remuneration Committee, Date of Change Is 28 May 2021

IHH Healthcare Berhad announced that Puan Rossana Annizah Binti Ahmad Rashid will cease to be a Independent and Non Executive Member of Remuneration Committee following her resignation as an Independent and Non-Executive Director which shall take effect at the conclusion of IHH's 11th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 28 May 2021.
