Consob announces lifting of supplementary reporting requirements
Milan, 25 April 2024 - Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. announces that Consob has informed the Company that it has lifted the supplementary reporting obligation pursuant to article 114, paragraph 5 of Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF).
In the measure adopted by Consob, in response to the request submitted by the Company in view of the Group's current profit and loss, financial position and cash flows, the Commission, " having taken note of the current situation and made the resulting assessments regarding the recent evolution of the corporate situation", revoked the supplementary reporting obligation as of the next published accounting report.
