Imeik Technology Development Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300896) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 400 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 450 per share. The repurchased shares will be used to implement equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
On October 25, 2023, the company announced that, after the 2023 half year equity distribution, it adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not more than CNY 450 per share to not more than CNY 448.1561 per share.
