Inca Minerals Limited (ASX:ICG) signed Tenement Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire Exploration Licence 80/5904 from North West Iron Pty Ltd for AUD 0.12 million on September 4, 2023. Inca Minerals will issue 6 million shares as consideration. 1 million shares will be issued as payment for past and proposed future exploration expenses and 5 million shares will be issued within 30 days of signing of the agreement will be held in voluntary escrow for 12 months from the date of issue.
