OpenDNA Limited entered into a binding agreement to acquire Blackglass Pty Ltd from IncentiaPay Limited for AUD 0.3 million.

OpenDNA Limited (ASX:OPN) entered into a binding agreement to acquire Blackglass Pty Ltd from IncentiaPay Limited (ASX:INP) for AUD 0.3 million on April 12, 2019. Consideration of AUD 0.1 million will be payable in April and the balance within 60 days from April 18, 2019 subject to a working capital adjustment. OpenDNA Limited will fund the transaction from its existing cash reserves.

Completion is subject to customary conditions precedent and is expected on April 18, 2019.
