Unaudited Financial Information of India Grid Trust for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2022, along with the limited review report;
Distribution to unitholders of IndiGrid for Q2 FY 23;
Raising of debt through various sources including term loans, non-convertible debentures and/or any other mode as may be permitted under applicable law
The Record Date for the purpose of above Distribution, if declared, will be November 16, 2022.
