Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (the "SEBI ICDR Regulations"), and Sections 42 and 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules made thereunder), as amended (the

"Issue")

In furtherance to our earlier intimations dated April 7, 2022 and April 12, 2022, with respect to the Issue, which was opened on April 7, 2022 and closed on April 12, 2022, we wish to inform you that the Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Committee"), at its meeting held today i.e. April 12, 2022 (which commenced at 10:00 P.M. and concluded at 10:15 P.M.), has inter alia approved the issue and allotment of 8,55,59,435 Equity Shares to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of ₹ 101.10 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 99.10 per Equity Share), aggregating to ₹ 8,65,00,58,878.50 (Rupees Eight Hundred Sixty Five Crores Fifty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Eight and Fifty Paisa only), pursuant to the Issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 1,08,33,50,662 consisting of 54,16,75,331 Equity Shares.

Further, find attached herewith the list of allottees who have been allotted more than 5% of the Equity Shares offered in the Issue, marked as Annexure 1. The shareholding pattern of the Company, before and after the Issue, will be submitted along with the listing application in the format specified in Regulation 31 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations").
