Indian Bright Steel Company Limited announced that Mrs. Minoo Deora (DIN: 01656963), has tendered her resignation as a Director of the Company due to personal commitments and unavoidable circumstances vide letter dated 15 December 2023. Consequently, she shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
