Indo National Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014 has approved the appointment of Mr. P. Dwaraknath Reddy as Managing Director with effect from October 01, 2014 for three years and appointment of Mr. R. P. Khaitan as Joint Managing Director with effect from October 01, 2014 for three years.
